About Harbour Excavating & Construction

Harbour Excavating & Construction was founded by Lance Seabrook & Bruce Seabrook. Both brothers earned their hard-working ethic with their Dad, Carl Seabrook, of Midway Power Lines Services Ltd. We’re proud to work alongside, Jared, our Project Manager.

We work with local Engineers & Contractors to bring a project to a successful completion.

Harbour Excavating & Construction also works hand in hand with Midway Power Lines on jobs such as trenching, pole and anchor holes, etc.
